Sit back and indulge in the tantalizing flavors of our menu’s first course – Compressed Watermelon Infused with Mint & Lime, accompanied by Whipped Feta, Nut Crumble, and Balsamic Pearls. Let each bite transport you to a world of pure culinary delight.

Our tenderloin tip crostini, adorned with Black Garlic Aioli, Mushroom Duxelle, and Pickled Red Onion, will leave you craving for more. As you move on to the third course, savor the refreshing Haricot Vert Salad dressed in Dijon Vinaigrette, boasting Yellow Tomato, Fried Onion, and Pickled Mustard Seed for a burst of flavors.
