For just $99 per guest, you’ll enjoy six carefully composed courses — from smoked beef carpaccio and a bright arugula salad with 18-year balsamic to classic Duck a l’Orange or panko-encrusted red rock fish finished with Gruyere Mornay, all accompanied by red wine risotto, and ending with buttercake and sweet cream. A refreshing watermelon lime sorbet cleanses the palate between courses.
